  • Collect all relevant invoices and documents to serve as the basis for accounting entries in accounting software (Misa – ERP) and for tax declarations.
  • Verify the reasonableness, validity, and legality of invoices and documents, and address any errors or inconsistencies as they arise.
  • Organize and scientifically store documents to prevent loss or damage.
  • Control cash flow, issue invoices, and recognize revenue at the appropriate time.
  • Monitor the detailed status of contracts that have been executed or are in process, and report promptly when issues arise.
  • Prepare disbursement and guarantee documentation for the bank.
